Ok, I am making this deck for some Unlimited tournaments at the Pokemon Day 2007 in Italy. It takes some of it’s cards from other decks, but it is a new from what I know.

Pokemon:
3 Sneasel Neo Genesis
1 Mawille Power Keepers
1 Magby Neo Genesis
2 Lunatone Legend Maker
1 Solrock Legend Maker
2 Aerodactyl Fossil
3 Omastar Sandstorm
3 Omanyte Fossil

Trainer;
4 Mysterious Fossil
1 Copycat
1 Gust of Wind
1 Computer Search
2 Pokemon Trader
2 Warp Point
2 Desert Ruins
2 Crystal Beach
2 Celio’s Network
3 Professor Oak
4 Bill
2 Super Energy Removal
4 Energy Removal
1 Pokemon Retriever
1 Mr. Briney’s Compassion
1 Town Volunteers
2 Rare candy

Energy:
1 Dark Metal
4 Recycle
4 Darkness

Now I will explain every card in the deck.

Sneasel:
Possible starter. It allows some damage on turn two counting the dark energies.

Mawille:
Also a possible starter. It allows to search for a Pokemon and it is annoying for the opponent since he will start the game with 4 cards.

Magby:
Mainly to counter Vileplume Ex and Slowking Neo Genesis decks.

Lunatone:
Possible starter. Is used like the Lunasol lock in anti Infernape decks.

Aerodactyl:
It’s Poke Power has to be used after having an Omastar on the Bench or active. One of the main Pokemon of the deck

Omanyte:
Allows me to see my opponents hand.

Mysterious Fossil:
Base Pokemon and possible “sacrifice” since we don’t use DP rules yet.

Copycat:
Hand refresh

Gust of Wind:
Annoying, like anything in this deck.

Computer Search:
Powerful search card

Pokemon trader:
Since there are many Pokemon cards n this deck it may be useful to be able to trade the useless ones for good ones

Warp Point:
Like gust of Wind

Desert Ruins:
Weakens Ex Pokemons, and if played before an opponent gets Vileplume Ex out, t can be VERY useful

Crystal Beach:
Like Gust of Wind

Celio’s Network:
Search

Professor Oak:
Seven new cards in my hand. One of the most broken cards ever.

Bill:
Like Professor Oak

Super Energy Removal:
Since I don’t have a lot of energy cards in my deck, I can discard the recycle energies to use it.

Energy Removal:
Like Gust of Wind and Crystal Beach

Pokemon Retriever:
To get Pokemon back into my deck.

Mr. Briney’s Compassion:
To stop my opponent from taking a prize card

Town Volunteers:
Like Pokemon Retriever

Rare Candy:
Obvious

The strategy is pretty simple. I get an Omastar out as soon as I can and then start devolving my enemy’s Pokemon which they won’t be able to evolve again because of Aereodactyl. I am missing a main attacker, so I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

For the first two Magby, but now that you let me think about it, I think that I will put another one in. Clefable doesn't seem like a big threat since I don't have great attacks.
Edit: But I still need a main attacker, can someone help me find one?

Nothing wrong with Sneasel actually, but I see it more like a start game Pokemon, not like an end game one. I was thinking about putting in some Cursed Stone. What do you think about it since I already have 4 Stadiums?

I would fix up the Trainers like this

4 Mysterious Fossil
3 gust of wind
3 computer search
3 prof oak
4 bill
3 energy removal
2 SER
3 pokemon trader
3 cursed stone
2 desert ruins
1 scott
2 pokemon retriever
1 town volunteers
1 celio's

BUT this is quick, and not perfect.

Could go, but I just put in 4 rare candy for speed. And what do you mean with SER?
Edit: SER=Super Energy Removal. And I think that I will stay with Desert Ruins and Crystal Beach because Basic Pokemon's don't really have Poke-Powers.

I just don't understand how half of your pokemon will be able to attack. How do you plan to evolve with Aerodactyl out and keep your opponent from evolving? Are you planning to add ATM Rock?

Why should I attack? It is a stall deck, and I can evolve with the help of Rare Candy and Sneasel is pretty much able to inflict a lot of damage.

....

Clefable (Jungle) can get rid of sneasel and you don't even have focus band. How does this deck itself counter energy removal? You can't attack with sneasel if your darkness energy get removed.

Instead of omanyte and omastar, I'd add in secret mission, maybe atm rock, and definitely Cleffa (Neo Genesis) if you have any.
