Unown G attaching

1.Can you attach an Unown G to a Pokemon that already has a pokemon tool attached to it?

2. If the answer is yes, does the other tool need to be discarded if it has "that doesn't already have a pokemon tool attached to it"?


Unonw G acts like a pokemon tool, but it doesn't have that "that doesn't already have a pokemon tool attached to it" in its wording. Mostly every pokemon tool has this wording (I haven't seen any that don't) and I thought that Pokemon can only carry one tool at a time. I am thinking the answer is it can't be added, but I just want to make sure.

They try to put things on cards if there is room, but when there is so much text, they leave it off if its covered in the rule book.
