Unown G vs Torterra self damage

In a similar query with: Unown G Question

If Torterra Lv X attack with Vigorous Dash, does the 30 damage to itself applies? Also, applies the 30 damage to the bench?

EDIT: Actually, i think no, because Unown G says EXCEPT DAMAGE. Well... its a nice try... sorry to bother you :lol:
