Unown G

I just want to know if my pokemon has unown G attached to it and Garchomp C X uses

dragon rushiscard 2 Energy attached to Garchomp C. This attack does 80 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. Garchomp C can't use Dragon Rush during your next turn.

Would the pokemon be hit with the 80 damage or would unown G protect it from the 80 damage.

Unown G's GUARD specifically says that it doesn't block damage.
The 80 damage is done.
