2. Paypal gift or Paypal you pay the fee. At your own risk I will take mailed checks at your risk.

4. Don't have the cash I do have a trade thread. However sales will always trump trades. (Mods if it is an unacceptable thing to post I tried to find it in the rules. I didn't so I figured it was ok. Let me know and I will edit this out.)
5. Yes I will cut a price to bundle. No I can't tell you how much until you tell me what you want to bundle.
6. Once payment is received: M-F your card will be sent out the next day after 2 PM EST Saturday: Before noon EST. Life circumstances pending (Sorry mailing a card can't trump an early work schedule or late coworkers coming in. Just realistically those time lines apply.)

Anything that will not fit in that is subject to a small upcharge for shipping (The Notebook's 20$ covers its shipping. Any cards ordered with the notebook can be tucked into the notebook to save on your shipping cost.
