My rule is firm.
I have no clue how much it would cost to get a letter overseas...
If they had stamps for that, that would be awesome, but to my knowledge, Id need to go to the post office every trade so no thanks.

I can send first. My negative ref is from a trade that I tried to cancel, but they ignored my PM's and just said I never sent. Regardless, I tried to cancel and probably deserved the ref. Whatever. The neutral is from someone who tried to rip me. They sent me the wrong cards, refused to trade back, and ignored my PM's. After I left them a negative they left me a neutral.

I posted this before you weren't looking for bulk anymore, so if you'd rather have something that's just worth 10 points I can do that instead of the 10 bulk.
