Ursarings attack says it can do 100 if a Teddiursa on the bench has damage counters , then says "remove all damage counters from that pokemon"....
Does that mean from Teddiursa or the opponents pokemon??
 
From that Teddiursa that has damage counters. If you have more than one damaged Teddiursa, you'd just heal one.
