Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

US Nationals Report - 1st Place - Seniors

Mike, I've known you for barely half a year, though I can say that you are a chill guy and a wicked good pokemon player. By you winning, I can say that this year my butt was handed to be by the past 2 senior world champs during both states and regionals. You better be facing Aylam (he's my boy) at the top table at worlds.

Hope to see you on the other side of the table (or not cuz you'll hand me my butt again...) next season.

-Ang

PS: Could you please kinda space out your tourny report, my eyes kinda hurt and the words lined up together like a huge black block...

Thanks for the props, and congratulations.
BTW i have to mention that in game 2 i prized 4 energies, and in game 3 i prized my 1-1 Manectric, lol.
See you at worlds.

Congrats Michael!

I missed putting this on the front page when you first posted it.
Moving it there now!

Was the dave schiwmmer you mention the guy that played Ross on Friends?

And man what was the point of playing an energy as the first basic in a game? What was he trying to prove? Just to see what you put and then put something better down?

Very well written and detailed report! Great job writing it, and congrats on winning this year's nationals Michael. You certainly did a great job playing that Luxchomp with ERL. Looks like you know how to play it pretty well too.

Good luck in Hawaii!:thumb:
