How late do the finals typically run on sunday? What would be a safe guess?

Not usually past like 5 PM I think. They take their time as the tournament loses players. Don't expect for anything late into the night. 5 at latest is a safe bet

They let you make a big crowd around the people playing but its like a huge amount of space so you can't really tell whats going on except for facial expressions. Tons of fun!

Sounds perfect. Things quiet down very quickly after finals are over. The only action that is usually there is friends partying/hanging out. A 7:50 flight is perfect.
