Hello Trainers!
Just a quick update for you, player's usernames will now be case sensitive when logging in. This change was made to assist in how the client handles international characters. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
If you cannot remember how your capitalization on your username is setup, you can retrieve your username by using the "Forgot Username" feature on the pokemon.com website.
