I hadn't heard anything special about it, so I was curious as to how 'bogus' it is. (or isn't)

This error is one of those wide spread ones. Its on a majority of the RHs. The value is the same as a regular RH. Its like the mass misprints on the Plat RH Dailga. I have seen many of these "rare" "errors". The RH goes for around $25, so that is how much the error is worth. If one person has two or more of the error like xchasex does than that usually means its a mass produced error that wasn't found out untill late in the printing run.

they aren't all like this, i have 3 like this and 1 that has the full text.
definitely seems like the "error" is more common though
