sp can handle machamps techs regardless of what it is.
 
Just because you have a "good" Machamp deck doesn't make it an autowin. Starts are everything.
 
I guess not but you have to admit that our meta is terrible and since no one plays meta game decks it is difficult to test for bigger tournaments where people will play better/more meta game decks......... and suck less
 
Well... I have heard of a person running Deoxsys Defense Form as a counter. It only takes up one space but... I am not completely sold on it yet.
 
how would defense form work at all? it gets ohkoe'd by machamp and can not ohko back? i would be amazed if the person who is using that is an experienced player

Not if you attack first. It's attack prevents all effects of an attack done to it next turn besides damage. And any damage done to it is reduced by 20.
The reason I dont really like it is because it does 40 for PCC.

BAHAHAHAHA *gasps for air* AHAHhahaha.....Regardless? Are you kidding me? Even if Crobat G double poisons Phan....there's still Pokemon reversals and Buck's, Pluspowers, etc to take out crobat. Are you forgetting bat is ohko'd by champ?

regular deoxys would be better. since dialga has 4 or 5 energies on it plus the 2 on the deoxys it is usually a knock out

You obviously haven't seen winning Dialga Chomp lists. Some of them ran 4 for extra non SP hate.

I also don't see the logic in GHQ being terrible, adding 2 damage counters to a pokemon who evolves is pretty darn good.

Agreed. I ran 4 in Regigigas.
2 damage counters can decide whether a Pokemon is knocked out or not.
Knocking out a Pokemon can, and often will affect the Battle a lot.
