Say i have Uxie LA in the active spot. And i have a basic energy, expert belt and a Plus Power. I use Psychic Restore and choose to put Uxie on the bottom of my deck. Now Uxie, the energy and Expert Belt goes to the bottom of the deck. But i'm not sure about the Plus Power. Uxie's attack say to put Uxie and all cards attached to it, on the bottom of the deck. Plus Power States: "Attach Plus Power to 1 of your Pokemon. Discard this at the end of your turn." Seeing as it says to "Attach" the Plus Power, would it also go to the bottom of the deck? Because Uxie's attack says to put all cards attached on the bottom of your deck.
