My opponent attacked with Octillery's Ink Bomb on their turn. On my turn, I try to attack, and flip tails when I check against Ink Bomb's effect. If I have Victini (Victory Star) on my bench, do I get to re-flip?

Ability: Victory Star
Once during your turn, after you flip any coins for an attack, you may ignore all effects of those coin flips and begin flipping those coins again. You can't use more than 1 Victory Star Ability each turn.
