The gym your are not sure, well the one is called Low Pressure System which each pokemon that is a grass type and electric types gain +10 hp.

-2 Dual Balls
+2 Master Balls, Fast Balls, Fan Club, or Elms Train Meth

Use Mirage Stadium to keep the pokemon you want your opponent to have active, and Feint the Bench. Switch + Warp Energy will allow you to "retreat" to the bench easier. Dual Ball is too flippy, try one of these better cards. Also consider 1-2 Fisherman.

No prob, focus on unpowered/weak Pokemon to make active, and hit the benched threats hard. Oughta be fun!!!!
