In addition to the usual door prizes of shirts/etc, I will be giving away (from my trip to Japan last summer) a Japanese Pokémon Center item at each venue with an attendance of 40 or greater. (That's at each flight in Fairfax)

Ahh darn it, looks like I won't be able to go :c
Probably be there for the Feb one though :U

I thought you had quit?? You missed the awesome BIG Battle Road in VA Beach. The size surprised all of us! :thumb:

Just got back from my weekend in Philly. Hope everyone is getting ready for our own Regionals this January!

How was the Richmond event yesterday? With the Hurricane scare and all, I wondered if people would be sensible, realize that the storm wasn't coming until Monday night and enjoy themselves.

57 attendance at Richmond. @ RA Lots of r3 drops shortened the event which was scheduled for 6 rounds in masters (TOM kinda exploded, lol). But, pull rates were good (based on what I saw) and I got 2 ace.specs, several ex's and a FA skyla in my post-event indulgence box.
@ Glaceon, keep checking here or on Virginia Pokemon for CC dates.

It was good times those of us from VA Beach stayed at the store until Yu Gi Oh was about to start. Nothing like getting to go home to heavy rains to keep you out at Pokemon! With trades and pulls I ended the day with two Ace Spec Computer Searches, 1 Full Art Landorus EX, Landorus EX, 4 Skyla (not FA sadly) and some cards I wanted to bling out from older sets. I know those I talked to up from the Beach had a great time.

How is the possibility of a draft for Saturday at Warrenton looking? Arron and I will be there anyway but I know someone, you can guess who, who will come out after the main event if there's a draft.

Not saying one way or the other at this point. However, most PTOs now seem to be in agreement that prerelease afterdrafts, when they occur, are only available to main event or TDC participants.

OMG it was SO good to get back to Warrenton, VA for the PreRelease event today.

Haven't been there in a hot minute and I have to say that the people were GREAT, the venue was fantastic, and the venue manager was SO accommodating (i.e. "Please stay and play awhile after the event; some of you have traveled a great distance to be here today... enjoy yourself") <=== WOW!!!!
