Here's an interesting idea that I thought of with a Pokemon-Energy card. Since Electrode can provide Energy but it also tends to explode, why not try something with an exploding Energy card? Here's my idea:
Holon's Voltorb 40 HP (L)
Basic
(L) Volatile Energizing () Return all cards attached to this Pokemon to your hand and attach this card to 1 of your other Pokemon. While attached, this card provides every type of Energy but only 1 Energy at a time (instead of (C) Energy). Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins. If both are tails, discard this card (after doing all effects of the attack). If this card is discarded, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon and 2 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.

You may attach this as an Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Pokemon. While attached, this card is a Special Energy card and provides (C) Energy.

Holon's Electrode 70 HP (L)
Stage 1: Evolves from Holon's Voltorb
(L) Volatile Energizing () Return all cards attached to this Pokemon to your hand (discard its Basic Pokemon card instead if this Pokemon is an Evolved Pokemon) and attach this card to 1 of your other Pokemon that already has an Energy card attached to it and return an Energy card attached to that Pokemon back to your hand. While attached, this card provides every type of Energy but only 3 Energy at a time (instead of 2 Energy at a time). Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins after doing all effects of the attack. If both are tails, discard this card. If this card is discarded, put 2 damage counters on each Defending Pokemon and 3 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.

You may attach this as an Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Pokemon that already has an Energy card attached to it. When you attach this card, return 1 Energy card attached to that Pokemon to your hand. While attached, this card is a Special Energy card and provides every type of Energy but 2 Energy at a time. (Has no effect other than providing Energy.)

Explosive Grass Energy (Special Energy Card)
Attach this to 1 of your Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex). While attached, this card provides (G)(G) Energy. Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins after doing all effects of the attack. If both are tails, discard this card. If this card is discarded, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon and 2 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.

Explosive Fire Energy (Special Energy Card)
Attach this to 1 of your Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex). While attached, this card provides (R)(R) Energy. Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins after doing all effects of the attack. If both are tails, discard this card. If this card is discarded, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon and 2 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.

Explosive Water Energy (Special Energy Card)
Attach this to 1 of your Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex). While attached, this card provides (W)(W) Energy. Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins after doing all effects of the attack. If both are tails, discard this card. If this card is discarded, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon and 2 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.

Explosive Lightning Energy (Special Energy Card)
Attach this to 1 of your Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex). While attached, this card provides (L)(L) Energy. Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins after doing all effects of the attack. If both are tails, discard this card. If this card is discarded, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon and 2 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.

Explosive Psychic Energy (Special Energy Card)
Attach this to 1 of your Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex). While attached, this card provides (P)(P) Energy. Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins after doing all effects of the attack. If both are tails, discard this card. If this card is discarded, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon and 2 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.

Attach this to 1 of your Pokemon (excluding Pokemon-ex). While attached, this card provides (F)(F) Energy. Whenever the Pokemon this card is attached to attacks or is affected by your opponent's attack, flip 2 coins after doing all effects of the attack. If both are tails, discard this card. If this card is discarded, put 1 damage counter on each Defending Pokemon and 2 damage counters on each of your Active Pokemon.


I like this idea, but is it too over-broken, under-broken, or too confusing? Should I add additional conditions?
