Voltorb Misprint? Any Help Welcome

Hi, As the title states I have come across a Plasma Freeze Voltorb number 32 which is totally misprinted? Is this a common error? Don't really know much about error cards as I have only been collecting for a few months.

It happens. Cards get miscut.
Hard to put a value. Some people would pay more for it. $10 or less. Probably around $5, IMO.
 
Hi, thanks for the response. I have tried to put up a picture but it said it needed to be authorised by a moderator and hasn't shown up. The card its self has the picture right at the top of the card and a large gap at the bottom. Same on the other side.
