Strategy:
Get T1 Pichu, use playground, next turn or 2 they KO Pichu, use twins for T2/3 Lock and T/2/3 Vanilluxe, and just Paralyze/Lock them from there on!

This list is good, but i would make all the Vanilluxe from NV and make all the vanillites the ND ones (more hp and better attack)
