No scratches, slight whiting on the back on edges, I'd call it near mint probably? If that's good enough to consider, from your list I like FA N, FA Tornadus EX, maybe shiny Zoroark. The Steelix is not first edition.

I like Tornadus EX FA, maybe Raikou EX, and maybe the Shining Charizard. I'd do Keldeo EX FA for Tornadus EX FA and Raikou EX? I could throw in the squirtles and wartortles you need if you wanted, also.

I usually don't deal in old cards, so I spent some quality time with TNT and ebay completed listings. Given that, I value them at around:

Floatzel GL Lv.X (6-8)
Porygon Z Lv.X (6-8)
Magnezone Prime (2)
3 Alph Lithographs --- actually I have 1, 3, 4 and I think you need 1,2,3 but I value them at 2 each
So that's... 48-58, basically.
Bianca I see as 20-24.
Rayquaza EX FA I see as 17-20.
Cresselia EX FA is around 10-12.
So those three together would be 47-56 by my count, which I'm happy to call even if you'd do that trade?
