The reverse foil energy only came out as promo play, if Im not mistaken. The packs came with 1 foil energy of every type except fairy energy of course. I have about 15 of these 8 card packs. How much are you looking to spend on them. It seems as though everybody is putting them at $20-$25 a pack.

Maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong but you can get them reverse foil from the pack. Promo is not the only one available?

Yes, the COL energy are available in both the set (RH) or Promos (also RH). They're basically the same price.

CoL dark is $15-18 each whereas play! Promo are about $4-5 each.
