strategy
start out with lapras get everything u need. set up wailord xatu wigglytuff combo on bech and wait for lapras to die. then continue setting up wailords and giving them leftovers. if ur opponent has guy with alot of energy that would be a one hit kill u brng in xatu.

Try these changes and I think your deck will be better.

-4 Lapras
-2 Energy Restrore
-2 Rare Candy
-3 Bebe's Search
-1 POV

+4 Celio's Network
+2 Castaway
+2 Steven's Advice (It's great with all these Pachi's out!)
+4 Pachirisu
 
Dude don't take out lapras its a perfect starter..... and minus enrgy restore

otherwise good deck

maybe a blastios line or togekiss to get energy faster.
 
i say take out Lapras you barely have any supporters compared to trainers and you have no stadiums..... budew or stantler would help you out more...... besides that i would run 3 fire and 3 holon ff that 2x electricity just kills you.....

omg you dont take lapras out of wailord they set you up and quick trust me ive versed this deck it helps!! and he has a decent amount of trainers and supporters.... for a wailord.

ok.... but lapras's ruling is.......a pokemon tool card, supporter, and a basic energy... this deck runs so little supporters alomost no tools except leftover and basic energy is easy to get... in my opinion dont run 4 waste of space...... take out two for Galies Stadium and take out something else for 2 pachy the pirates

but of course magmortar ftw is gonna disagree...... and it doesnt hurt to try you can always go back......
 
it dosent matter if you cant search out any more tools you can still get the energy and the supporter you get the max out of an ability.

and yet again im right look above ^ he still disagreed....... go with your gut do wat you want i gave you my idea like ever one elses just try out evrythin then figure out wat works
 
^^ Wailord haha I don't know if he's really gona be played in tournaments, but it's the only pokémon that couldn't be killed ohko by gallade.
 
use some warp point or switch... wailord is a big guy... you don't want to discard the energy.
 
It is pretty silly to be playing Rare Candies without Stage Twos. You could be using that valuable space for more draw. I recommend two Steven's Advice. Since you'll be stalling and letting your opponent setup, they'll have lots of Pokemon in play. That means lots of cards for you to draw!

Go with Celio's Network instead of Bebe's Search, since you don't play any EX cards.

You really need to play four Holon Energy WP to protect yourself from Gallade, maybe even with an Unknown G for searchable protection. Energy Restore is a bad card. Play Night Maintenance.

4 SSU=Take back Wailord with 10-40 HP

1 Wrap Point
=17+27=44
4 DRE= Faster Wailords
4 Holon Energy WP=For a GG match up
8 Water

No starters needed only T2 Wailord to the active whitout energys to stall and load Others to bench, if my opponent cant get it down before i get Wailord in my bench i can SSU.

2 many pokemon if he does that but palkia can help w/ restructure think about a 2-2 line of that and 3 lapras and if u do that use some premier balls...speaking of which try a good ball line...
