Wally's training and Eevee

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1. If I play Wally's Training and I have Eevee active (shouldn't matter which one) do I have to take a evolution of Eevee if it's in my deck (assuming I wanted a different evolution which wasn't there and would rather not evolve than take the one that is in my deck) ?

2. If you play Wally's and Eevee is active can I use say Jolteon ex's pokepower Evolutionary Thunder if I chose Jolteon ex from my deck ? I thought that you wouldn't be able to since you are taking it from your deck, but I just wanted to make sure that's how it works.
