I was wondering if you can wear a watch during a tournament? If so, I was wondering if I can look at my watch intentionally without getting in trouble. So basically is it legal for me to wear and use a watch during my match? As a method of playing this "strategy" game better. Another note, Can I use my phone, Have it out? or Do i have to pull it out when i need to look .

There's a bit of a gray area when you move from watch (legal) to electronic timing device to "strategize" the timing of the game (illegal).

Best to discuss with your head judge on what they find acceptable vs not acceptable.
