Weather Stadiums

I think stadiums should be utilized more and have more impact, so here are a few (follows standard stadium rules):

Stadium
Heavy Rain

Each :water: Pokemon's attacks do 10more damage to the active Pokemon. Each :fire: Pokemon's attacks do 10 damage less to the active Pokemon

Stadium
Sunny Day

Each energy attached to :fire: Pokemon is now :fire: instead of its usual type. After a :water: Pokemon attacks, discard a :water: energy attached to that Pokemon

Stadium
Sandstorm

Between turns, place 1 damage counter on each active Pokemon, excluding :fighting: and :metal: Pokemon

___________________________________________________________________________

Ninetales :fire: 100 HP
Stage 1 evolves from Vulpix

Ability Drought
When this Pokemon becomes your active Pokemon, you may search your deck or discard pile for Sunny Day Stadium and put it in play

:fire::fire: Heat Wave 40
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does an extra 30 damage and the defending Pokemon is now burned

Weakness: :water: x2
Resistance:
Retreat: :colorless:

Politoed :water: 130 HP
Stage 2 evolves from Poliwhirl

Ability Drizzle
When this Pokemon becomes your active Pokemon, you may search your deck or discard pile for a Heavy Rain Stadium and put it in play

:water::colorless::colorless: Water Pulse 60+
Does 10 more damage for each energy attached to all your opponents Pokemon

Weakness: :lightning:x2
Resistance:
Retreat: :colorless::colorless:

Hippowdon :fighting: 120 HP

Ability Sand Stream
When this Pokemon becomes your active Pokemon, you may search your deck or discard pile for a Sandstorm Stadium and put it in play

:fighting: Sand Tomb 20
The defending Pokemon can't retreat during your opponents next turn

:fighting::colorless: Sand Wall 50
If Hippowdon was damaged by an attack during your opponents last turn, prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Hippowdon during your opponents next turn

Weakness: :water:x2
Resistance: :lightning: -20
Retreat::colorless::colorless::colorless::colorless:

SEL would be confused by Heavy Rain xD Decent cards all the way around.

And you need one for Hail. Sure it's basically [W] type too, but its only fair xD

Sandstorm could potentially ruin a stall deck. Heavy Rain is pretty good for Beartic, Kingdra, Feraligatr, Blastoise, Floatzel, KGL, and Kyurem, just to name a few. Reshiram, Emboar, Typhlosion, and other :fire: Pokemon benefit from Sunny Day.

I like these cards. They seem cool and similar to their in-game counterparts.

I think it would be cool if, since these conditions are often caused by Pokemon moves in the game, you made it so that certain Pokemon had moves that could summon one of these Stadiums, or you could make a TM that could summon one of these stadiums.

Overall great!
