I have started building an egg vile deck, and I want to know any suggestions you might have. I didn't have enough money for catcher so I got escape rope instead. I might trade for catcher later but for now I'm fine.
Also this deck is in a very early stage of being built, so that is why lots of supporters are missing.

The basic strategy is to get weavile out as fast as possible. Colress machine for energy and I can attach a darkness energy by turn 2 and be fully set up so I can attack. Darkrai for free retreat. Sableye to get items back. Absol as alternate attacker. Mr mime to protect the bench. Electrode to draw cards after I discard.

2 Darkrai EX
2 Sableye
4-3 Weavile
2 Absol
4 Exeggcute
2-2 Electrode (plasma freeze)
2 Mr. Mime

1 Dowsing Machine

3 Juniper
3 Ghetsis
3 Colress

3 Colress Machine
4 Hypnotoxic Laser
3 Escape Rope
3 Dark Claw
2 Ultra Ball
2 Virbank City Gym

4 Plasma Energy
6 Darkness Energy

Extras that I have now

1 Sableye
2 Voltorb
1 electrode
1 dark claw
2 bicycle
3 super rod
2 N
2 cheren

I can get any cards you recommend it's just that I already have these cards. Everything you guys say I wil try.

Thank You

4-4 weavile Always :)
I have 3 Deoxys for extra damage. Ive had no need for electrode or hypnotoxic laser either :)
Ive gone 3 N, 3 Juniper and 3 skyla and then 2 ghetsis.
2 dark claw and went 2 rescue scarf (putting pokemon in your hand is an unwise move if you have another weavile in play for your opponent :)

Hope that helps slightly.
Electrode I dont think would be great in this deck due to you discarding your pokemon alot.
Ive thought about putting lileep in this deck for laughs but it runs pretty good as it is :)

Thanks, I am going to make the changes and start testing tommorow. I actually started this thread yesterday but I forgot to put the strategy so it got deleted. I got to do a little more testing found that super rod is useful. If I have a sneasel or Absol in my hand, and I need that little extra. Damage I can discard the extra pokemon and super rod to get them in my deck. This way I can do a little extra damage to get the KO, without the pokemon just sitting in my discard. It also lets me use dowsing machine more than once. Also I find that it's hard to get energy. Should I use two cilan? Maybe run pachirisu from plasma freeze?

Thank you

I think you should run some dark patches. And I think you honestly only need 1 Darkrai for the free retreat.

Heya this is what im running at the moment and is working great. When your friends at your league ask you not to play this because they hate losing to it you kinda feel it does well haha :)

May put in lileeps instead of deoxys in here because if i have them in hand I can discard them using ultra ball/dowsing machine or using weaviles villify. then use their ability to put them on the bottom of my deck so not only can i fish more out for an attack but I can also stop myself from decking out :)

I might drop to one Darkrai, as it is only for free retreat.
I also feel like I can't get energy fast enough. What do you guys think about pachirisu from plasma freeze, or maybe cilan?

None of them in my opinion to be honest youll just end up discard pachirsu and cilan takes up space for stuff thats needed.

If you want maybe add some plasma energys and colress machines to help speed you up.
+4 plasma energys
+2-3 colress machine

maybe
-1 ultra ball
-1 dark patch
-1 super rod?
-3-4 dark energy

Upto you :)

Thats whats based from my deck list I put up by the way :)

I think I'll ad Colress machine so I can skyla for energy if I need it and I can get 2 energy on turn 1.

Consider running Flareon/Evee Line for an alternate attacker? I've seen this done on tcgo and it seems to do good.

May I ask why the Switch? You already have 2 Darkrai's.

Switches are there for anyone that decides to use snorlax or even hypnotoxic sleep. Always happens and not to mention when you really want that dark energy on something else but dont want to waste it :/

Why would you play garbodor with Exeggcute? Garbodors ability makes abilities turned off ANYWHERE.......even discard, so then u couldn't get ur eggs back

The problem with the deoxys or flareon versions is they really detract from the Weavile portion, they might work but they have down sides. Deoxys is the heaviest retreater in deck, fills up bench space for 10 more damage and gives up easy prizes in a deck designed to starve the opponent of easy 2 prizes. Flareon on other hand, your discarding your ammo and slow starts can put alot of important pokemon in discard which you want to super rod back in to use with weavile otherwise you will find it is actually a flareon deck rather than weavile and there is more consistant ways to do flareon.

Oh and dark patch>colress machine, because if you can avoid special energies do so and weavile decks needs lots of ways to discard because the last thing you ever want is to shuffle a egg back into your deck, but this also lets you get dark energy to be patched discarded fast aswell.

My list isnt perfect but it can ramp up fast and can survive long games, It also is prepared for pesky Virizion and Silver Mirrors.
4 Exeggcute
4-4 Weavile (plasma freeze)
2 Sableye
2-1 Electrode (plasma freeze)
2 Mr. Mime
1 Darkrai EX

1 Dowsing Machine

I realise its a low supporter count but i assure you will go through your deck at a record pace and you will rarely have supporter issues
4 Juniper
1 Colress
3 N
1 Cheren

4 Dark Patch
3 Tool scrapper(accidently added a third 1 should be dark claw)
2 Super Rod
3 Level Ball
2 Ultra Ball
3 Pokemon Catcher
1 Random Reciever
1 Dark Claw
2 Silver Bangle (important for ex's with 180Hp)

9 Darkness Energy
