Weird non-holo Flygon ex: Fake?

I was browsing eBay just a few minutes ago and came across a very odd auction. It includes a non-holo Flygon ex (like the one from PK)... Is this a fake, or some incredible misprint? The card I'm talking about is the one on the far left of the picture. Another weird thing is that the :pbody: logo is pushed to the right a bit. I'm calling a fake, but does anybody object? It is in pretty bad shape though.

that is 100% a fake, the colorless symbol's have too much of a dark star in comparison to the real one.
 
We don't know the story guys. This could be a kid that was traded a fake card and was ripped off. Or this could be a parent of a kid who bought cards for their kid thinking they were doing something nice but was really buying fake cards. We don't know the situation, so we can't automatically say that the person is trying to rip people off. The seller might not have any clue that the card is fake.
 
Perhaps someone could send a message to the person telling them that their Flygon is fake. If they take it down or send a message back saying thank you, it would probably mean he didn't know.
