It was only Pokechamp that would do anything to protect TBH beacuse he was THIER pokemon. It's a pokemon's job to protect their trainer. But one thing that does pop out at me from Champs role is that it says that he is an evil Mime.

Just saying, aren't all mimes evil?=P Jk.

They could be working together. It is highly possible. But not all people working together are bad. In fact, in Werewolf II (run by the Loud Mouth) many different people had to work together. If you don't understand fully how the masons work, I advise you to read that thread. The twist was that some of them had a Werewolf among them. So not all masons are bad. They can be, but not always. Of course, my entire point is somewhat contradicted by the fact that there are two evil teams, so I could be wrong.

As for smacktack15, I'm not entirely certain if I want to cast my vote on him. He is new in this game, and I'm not sure if we should lynch him just yet. I can easily change my vote, but for now I reserve judgment.

Pokechamp seemed to defend smacktack when everyone else was ready to write him off then the diaz show happened, just pointing this out. Not sure if it means anything either.

On topic: Nothing jumps out at me from the night update except for one thing. In Pokechamp's role reveal by Absol, it says that Team BH will do anything to help Cyrus. I will look for places where Pokechamp protected somoene like crazy.

I have one other theory, but it's not so good. What if DP is part of TBH and Diaz is Cyrus? He was REALLY protecting him.

Can we please drop this for now, as it's getting us nowhere? Diaz is practically proven to be the priest.

The town finally got a lucky break this night. Let's not blow it please.

I have an idea of what's going on. This is obviously a set up for a generic movie plot. We're all the actors D: That's ok though because everyone's a hero in their own way. Everyone's got villians they must face. They're not as cool as mine, but folks you know its fine to know your place. Everyone's a hero in their own way. In their own not heroic way.

Anyways, I believe I know what's going on. THeir could be... sectors of the "main" bad guy. I.e. Team Black Whole just lost a member. Could be 2/2/2. I could be totally wrong... I don't read updates in too much depth. As for who burnt me, I know exactly who. Going to test my theory.

G landers, that could just be him helping a noob out, I've done it in past games when I had no connection to them other than they might be a townie. Still, that's something to think about.

For the first time this game I find myself without much to say. The night update focused a lot less on me. I’m still digesting the new info, but it provided a lot less info to me upon first read through, so we’ll see.

One man in particular was opening a secret entrance in his house. He went down the steps and opened another closet. He took from it a full body armor suit, an EE-3 Blaster Rifle, a Jet Pack, and put them over his jumpsuit.

I think that the armor could mean he was was protected during the night.

Well, here are a few posts that I found that go against your point or show how random it is:

I myself have no doubts of Diaz's priest-hood. Even when I accused you, Diaz, I was sure of you being a priest. Rather, I was just seeing what actions you were to take under pressure. But now, I'm even more sure that you're the priest, primarily about the update.

So I guess PokeChamp is also working with Diaz?

G Landers: You can point out any case like this throughout any game (jump to conclusions) but, that won't get you to far. This is the same kind of conclusion I would make earlier game but, I almost got lynched and learned (still am learning lol) the game fast.

It is your vote to make but, I would personally wait closer to the Night (Jan 18th-19th) until there is some solid evidence of anything. That being said, do as you please.

He's agreeing/other with other people in the quotes you posted, but he's not defending them. One of the main reasons I am so hesitant to vote for smacktack15 is partially for the reasons gashmoigidy (the man of many Wailmer) has stated. While smacktack15 has acted rather foolishly, I think that the odds of him being a townsperson are definitely high. He could be a wolf. That is true. But my gut tells me otherwise, and I will hardly ever go against my gut unless I feel I absolutely have to. I'm just tired of seeing innocent blood spilled in the first game day, and I'd like to get a wolf for once.

I'd personally like to give smacktack15 another chance, but if he makes one more noobish mistake, then my hands are tied and I will vote for him.

OK, there is a LOT of details in the Night post. But I want to hone in on one detail and extrapolate a bit on it. It confirms one of my MAJOR assumptions from the start of the game but chose not to act on until now.

1) Team Black Hole has/had a pokemon.

EVIDENCE: Night 3 recap

In the morning everyone had found out that someone…or something had dragged the Pokémon’s dead body to the center of town. Everyone saw that PokeChampofPokeBeach was dead as a doorknob, a bullet drilled into his head, his arms up as if he had been trying to defend himself.

You are an Evil Mr. Mime who was captured by Team Black Hole. You will do whatever it takes to help Cyrus. You will help Cyrus solve the puzzle and command the ultimate power.

2) There are AT LEAST two teams in the game: Team Black Hole and Team Galactic

EVIDENCE: Start of Day 1 post and overview story

The two walked out of the room. Meanwhile, Team Galactic was currently at the Ruins of Origins, seeking classified secrets, secrets that Team Black Hole would need. Team Galactic currently had the mining town that lived nearby taken hostage. Their agents remained secretly hidden amongst the townspeople. They were not ordinary Team Galactic Agents either. They were the top commanders of Team Galactic. Some possessed skills that no other member possessed. They were a force to be reckoned with. The threat of being taken out from the inside scared many from taking action. No one noticed when SEVERAL PEOPLE who did not belong to Team Galactic sneaked in and became part of the town.

37 people and Pokémon gathered around town center. Everyone knew what had to be done. Food and water would run low. There were too many people here, and the tablet said they must eliminate the good or bad people from the town to lower the walls and free them from this prison.

“I’ve got it!” someone yelled out, “WHO IS A MEMBER OF TEAM GALACTIC?” He yelled out to the crowd…

Surprisingly no one raised their hand…

These evidences support the idea that both Team Galactic and Black Hole are in the towns.

3) Absoltrainer likes patterns.

EVIDENCE: OK, this one is a stretch, but many roles from this game been recycled if players are to be believed. Togepi is dead is his happy-making. Sabrina is rumoured to be a recycled role if Diaz is actually another Seer (I"ll address this one another day since it's NOT my main thrust today). Also, the detective role again was played by a REAL detective and Ditto also seems to have made a reappearance in town. Suffice to say, he likes patterns.

4) Absoltrainer likes to borrow ideas from other OLDER Werewolf games.

EVIDENCE: In his first game, he borrowed the Eevee role from my first game (with my permission granted, but still) and the idea of multiple independents from Spoinkmaster's Stranded at Sea. More or spoinkmaster in a moment...

with these four things established, I put these three propositions forward:

1) There are OTHER teams in this game than just Team Galactic and Black Hole.

EVIDENCE: Again, from the opening post...

As the inhabitants, agents, and ex-Galactic members sat among the townspeople, plotting their individual plans, a large quake shook the area.

Note that this post DOES NOT SPECIFY that the agents are that of Galactic members; it only specifies that ex-Galactics are in the mix.

For me, this means that there are probably other agents in the game. Who has agents from the PKMN universe? Team Rocket, Aqua, and Magma. Yep, I think there are 4 indie groups. let's move on.

2) Each group has AT LEAST one pokemon.

EVIDENCE: Black Hole had a Mr. Mime (which is kinda an awkward pokemon, but w/e. it's role kinda explains it). Each other team probably has at least one iconic pokemon for their group. For Galactic, it could be any of their trainers pokemon but my guess is either a Honchcrow or Toxicroak. Aqua probably has a water-based pokemon, Magma a fire-based, and Rocket a poisoned based. Rocket's pokemon I have a strong guess, but I didn't play during RS so someone needs to fill in that gap.

3) Each team's pokemon has a similar ability.

With mr. mime having a 50% ability along with a team affiliation, I bet that this similar ability flows to other pokemon who are team aligned. Do we know anyone else who has a 50% ability? Why, yes we do!

Fine, thissss isssss my role.

--If i am targeted by a persssson with a non killing role, I have a 75% chance of avoiding it.
--If i am targeted by a perssssson or a wolf with a killing role, i have a 50% chance of avoiding the kill.

--If i am targeted by any role and sssstill live, i have a 25% chance of learning who targeted me and what role they usssssed.

Bolded is the important part. With him sensing with a 50% on an ability, my guess is this bug is really a Snake in disguise. Which means...

Anyone else have insight on this they wanna put forward? I think this is a pretty solid assumption based on given information and our first solid lead of the game.

Also, I STILL haven't gotten a lot of posts claiming human or pokemon which tells me that NO ONE is wanting to be transparent about their roles in the game.

People, lack of transparency means either an Indie or Wolf win. Hands down. If we want a fighting chance at winning, we NEED to start posting some info about ourselves. Without role claiming.

The town’s bulletin board was also packed with new papers. First off, the mysterious paper was once again on the board for someone to claim. ANYONE may PM me during the GAME DAY and ask for the piece of paper. The FIRST person I get a PM from will get the benefits....or consequences of this paper.
The other thing on the board was a piece of notebook paper. It said:

“Dear Diary,
The following are notes on the man I am observing for the night. While hiding behind my brilliant light pole hiding spot, I saw that my target is a person who has a problem with anyone telling secrets and as I watch him, he mutters to himself about secrets being kept secret and how anyone who reveals their secret must be killed...

I also saw something hung around his belt. He seems to brandish a knife wherever he goes...but for what reason? More investigation may be required.”

This part seems most interesting to me. Boba Fett or whoever he is stopped at the bulletin board for an unknown reason, but the note seems to have been left by the other detective. Who I would immediately assume was Looker, except that he's dead. Maybe Boba Fett is the one leaving the papers? I assume that the note is supposed to refer to someone who was arguing that roleclaiming was suspicious, most likely IMO ShinyGyarados. Which would mean that they're the person who was targeting the woman who might have been Diaz. I'm inclined to think this means that ShinyGyarados is a Vigilante or Indie, but that's just a theory.

Just because we have a snake pokemon, doesnt necessarily mean it is Ekans or Arbok, although the reasoning is sound. Seviper also rings a bell, and Jesse from Team Rocket had a Seviper during the Hoenn journeys. I am leaning towards Team Rocket being in the bunch also, which means we have Jesse, James, and Arbok/Seviper.

Team Black Hole, having a corrupted Mr. Mime and Cyrus? and a mysterious 3rd person.
Team Galactic, having no known members yet (Most likely Jupiter, Saturn and Mars, and a team Pokemon as Cardz mentioned)

The town itself lost 2 trainers (Blue and Liz) and Looker. Tate is also in the game as per Liz's role.
There are also 4 known Pokemon that were town aligned (Absol, Jigglypuff, Togepi, Steelix)
Ditto may also be in this game.

Absoltrainer really went to great lengths to make this a superb game.

Before heading home, the man stopped in town center to do something at the bulletin board. The man in the air finally landed back at his house, took off his armor, and was refueling his jetpack. He heard a rustling behind him. He stopped, and set his EE-3 blaster to stun. Suddenly a yellow flash jumped out from the bushed and shot electricity at him, the man ducked, rolled to the left, and shot the yellow flash. A Pikachu sat unconscious on the ground. It had tried to use thunder wave on the man. The man picked up the mouse Pokémon who was unconsious and not hurt in the least, took it in to the bushes it had jumped out from and put it behind a fallen tree. There was no need to hurt the Pokemon who had just been following orders from it's trainer, and putting it behind the tree would protect it from potential threats during the night. The man returned to his house, finally being able to rest.

Ok, here's what I think about that. Absoltrainer described them both as "The man in the town center" and "The man in the air". Now, to me, that's indicating two different people, the guy who flew around all night and an unknown, presumably the detective.

The man in the town center is probably the detective posting his findings on the board, maybe part of his role requires him to do that.
