I will be playing Crew, because it is frankly the BSIF, and has pretty good matchups across the starboard.

I will be playing Skarmory FB because I enjoy losing to Call Energy.

guys this will get this thread locked again!!!!:frown:

Probably Blazeray or a Gengar variant.

reason?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

at this point, I'll probably go with a rogue deck of somesort (my BRs isn't until Oct 11th) - I've been known to build on the spot (got into the top 4 at my very first BR's doing that, was great fun).

This is not helpfull:confused:

Rhyperior with Hippowdon Lv. X for some late game shenanigans. xD

Reason!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

Giratina, Hippo, or Garchomp

Why? Because no one else is going to play these, and i will get 5th place with a top 4.

(Disclaimer: some people may or may not be playing these decks)

Real REason please:frown:

The thing is, IF I could go, I would be playing my rogue deck.

It hits fast and pretty decently hard. 2 for 60 damage(two pokemon have this and one of them is Luxray GL Lv.X)

If you must know the other pokemon, send me a message. It can go for a (donk) sort of and will pwn in early and late game. Late game becuase of the other tech that is secret.

this does not help:confused:

Honchkrow G used to by my favorite card too. But now it's Beedrill GE.

Relation to topic: NONE

I agree with the rest of your list, definitely, but Flygon/Machamp was a Meta deck. it was designed to beat the World's metagame - you'll notice Sami's list was teched to beat Flygon and SP, mostly Palkia Lock, basically the only decks that showed up - And not much else. The new format could potentially make Machamp/Flygon a bad deck, as the metagame may shift. Or it may not, and Flygon and SP could still be the only popular decks and make Machamp/Flygon a good choice. But I wouldn't bet on it.

LOL . . . if you remember, Flygon/Machamp was the WORST kept SD ever!

I've been testing it with Palkia LV X (not Nidoqueen like Sami's deck) and Memory Berry lock, and it's still good vs most things. I still think it's a solid choice.

What I meant by "meta deck" was that it was designed to beat the worlds metagame and basically nothing else. I believe the deckout Flygon variant was the SD that became an obvious deck pretty quickly. =p

I suppose adding Memory Berry/palkia gives it a chance against other S2's. Hmm, interesting.

lol the most underrated lvxs duh it a 3 way tie bewteen palkia lock, gallade 4lvx lock and electiver lock the common factor in each of this decks lol a tek of palkia lock lol

I will be playing a rogue deck.

A good rogue deck is always a good choice to go into the Autumn Battle Roads with for several reasons. First and most obvious, no one will be expecting what you bring to the table. You also get to see what the prevalent meta is for your area without giving up too many points in the process. Losing points in lower tournaments can equate to gaining more points once the larger point value tournaments start. So if your rogue totally fails, it's not all bad!

You could even find that you DID create that perfect deck everyone else overlooked and out perform the competition, giving your points an early boost. Nothing feels better than winning with something that is completely original that you made! After all, anyone can copy someone else's deck off the net...

luxape because i just moved and i cant find all my other cards beside my luxape deck but if i do find my other decks & cards im playing flygon/gliscor because last set of battle roads i didnt lose @ all lol plus i just love the deck

BRs are testing tournaments, so i'll be doing just that. testing. I like PLOX because it stops your opponents powers with moderate damage and then you bring up gallade and basicly OHKO anything. As always im also thinking about machamp but i dont see it doing well with all the good stage 2 decks around. :( T-tar is also something to think about cuz against SP decks 3 spinning tails wipes out a good bit of thier field.

Magnezone! I only fell in love with it after nats, so want to play around with it in a more competitive but less competitive setting. Paradox's rule, right? High HP on the X, coupled with Nidoqueen and Special Metals, make him a beast. Unfortunately, he flops to Infernape and Blaziken, both of which I see being common.

^ Lol at Surprise Factor for BR's

^^ Thought about it, but that would mean dropping Palkia. I want to give it a shot without, but if those decks prove to show up a ton, rest assured Exploud will find a home with me.

I´ll probably play something with metagross sv. i see a lot of good combinations with that card
(eg. gengar sf, cresselia x or rhyperior sv deckout.).

For my second BR i try one of the new x. Absol G seems good to me, because with chatot g you can discard vital cards. For more disruption i play absol sw. I also like the defensive style of play, which absol g x is in my opinion.
for the last one i play gengar, because i think to play at cities. I don´t see anything good in AOA so i have to test my city deck

Ether a Ape.4/Gallade4/GarChomp.C toolbox (my current favorite) or Flygon/Machamp.

Both are running very well in league play so I haven't decided yet.

Since the other thread got locked (due to some people:nonono:)

and because i like making lists, i will make a list of what everybody play's

So that means no repeat of this:

now, it's a poll again.

Gotta lock this.

On to the list:

1 LuxApe
1 BlazeRay
1 Luxray/Manectric
1 Flygon
1 Mother Gengar

Fist off, why in the world would you think people would actually tell you what the're going to be playing for BR's? COME ON!! Be realistic man. I know this is a good way to get a feel for what you're going to see at BR's, but you also should know that players will keep their good stuff secret.

It looks like you already know what players are going to be playing, due to the list you put up. It makes this whole thread pointless.
Oh, and whats wrong with playing Charizard G LVX? I can post whatever I want, and however I want it as long as it's within the forum's rules. Of course I'm not telling you what I'm playing. That would ruin the surprise don't you think.

ok we al know that the first thread got locked because of some people(YOU and some others) Because you didn't give a reason why you where playing charizard G lv X.

Seriously, i find it kinda cool that you are going to play charizard g lv X but just give a reason

And also, SUPRISE FACTOR AT BR, DON'T MAKE ME ROFL

I'll be taking my giratina deck into top cuts again this season.

at this point, I'll probably go with a rogue deck of somesort (my BRs isn't until Oct 11th) - I've been known to build on the spot (got into the top 4 at my very first BR's doing that, was great fun).

This is not helpfull:confused:

let me explain my decision, that way it hopefully makes sense

1) it's the first BRs of the this cycle, as Waynegg mentioned, most won't know what to expect

2) the meta at my BRs (wichita) is always random, we see a few (3-4 max) mainstream decks in our masters division - no clue on the seniors/juniors.

as for my comment about building on the spot, just thought I'd put that for some fun, normally what ends up happening when I do build on the spot is that I see what most of the other players have brought/overhear what they're using/etc, and adjust or scrap what I brought in hopes of improving my chances.

so unless I find something really good mainstream/big talk (hyped?) - I'll be running rogue at my BR's.
