What basic pokemon boost energy well?

I'm just looking for any basic pokemon that are able to increase energy productivity. I like giratine but 4 energy is alot. it ried weavile for energy accellaration, but i wwish i could focus a giratina deck more on basics.

Solrock. Still NRG is a very mighty power and if tehre were basics that could just pull it off, they would eb way to strong.
Leafeon is a Stage1 X to get that power, most others are stage2

Rotom or gdon/kyogre and energy link (though I wouldn't do this ever).

Not alot of basic do that. Only Solrock and Celebi come to mind, but celebi is for grass.
