what decks can we expect to see at gym?

no, not in special order, numbers were just to count them till i reached ten :D

sure, rogue will be show in good number and do well.

but i think it was silly to list them without telling what they are....
and i think that nobody will show on this thread his secret rogue! (beside gyarados star).
A friend of mine (spyrevenge) has a very nice rogue deck he is planing for italian last regional but he wants to keep it secret!

if you want some rogue idea here's some (none very good i think):


Mew EX-electrode EX (same as metro but with mew instead of metagross)
Gyarados D + egxecutor D
Electrode EX + hariyama DS
Walrein EX+walrein HL+sealeo LM+Rayquaza D (HP)
Kabutops D+electrode EX
Vileplume+lunasol+cursed stone
Cradilly+dark amhapros+porygron 2
Beedril D+ariados
Beedrill flrg+mew EX

can't think of anymore stupid decks :D

I don't think Mewtrick is going to do as well as people might think. I think that Mewtrick only did so well at Regonals because it was such a surprise to everyone and no one saw it coming. I don't think anyone can't say that the deck isn't hard to beat if you are prepared for it. JMHO
 
What is so great about Manetric Ex with Mew EX

Ive played Manetric EX its not a bad EX but there are better ones out there, why dose it work so Good with Mew?

consistency and type advantage.

you have 8 basics (instead of 4) a different type (P) a different weakness (P) and the ability to use many opponent's attack when needed.
the deck is about T2 disconect and a manectric deck could do it 1 year ago.
but it could do it about 30% of the games and lost against ANY F deck.
this can pull a T2 disconcet 85% of the times and can kill al P and L weak decks
 
cant forget those who went to the prerelease for holon phantoms... "the wave" . personally im'a be looking out for that red gyrados. im sure theres gonna be some crazy combonations with those players

Since people are hyping it and such, how does DISCONNECT or ATM[Ice] Sound?
ATM[Ice] is a nice TecH card against the deck.
 
Hey Gatsu I like your rogue ideas! Especially the Mew EX+ Beedrill idea! Beedrill's attack states that you do 30 more damage for each Beedrill in play(excluding this one). BUT--- using Mew ex allows you to get around that part. So, attacking with Mew EX would do 110 damage with only 2 Beedrill in play! If you were using Beedrill itself, you would need 3 in play to do that much! Is there a ruling on this?

ATM ice is not a big deal for Polistall. You don't have more then 2 Fossils down at a time anyway, so it wouldn't hurt you too much, and Dissconect doesn't do much because you have a Politeod ex turn 3 anyway. But I'm not going to lie and say that Mewtrick is easy to beat with Polistall, its a very difficult match up, but all decks have bad matchups.

Behold the birth of...MEWDRILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Congratulations Gatsu you are the creator. Time for me to test this out...I've never tried Speedrill before so I'm not sure how fast this will set up...perhaps this deserves its own thread...

Speedrill is a very fast deck, I think "Mewdrill" will be very interesting. Speedrill is basicly a Queendom only faster. Weedle has cff for 2 basics. Kacuna can search for an evolution, jsut like nidorina. And free retreat!! this deck will be sweet.
 
I already invented the Mewdrill and played it last week. The ruling is correct... 80 for Mew EX and 1 Beedrill.

Also, there are at least 3 other decks with Grass Pokemon which will surprise everyone. One of these is Weezing/ Mew EX. Mew doesn't die. All of a sudden, Dark Crobat looks a whole lot better ;-)

Another surprise EDIT Grass deck is Dutox ex/Muk (LM) where u always ascension T1 if you have an energy. I may play it.

This is what I would say would be top 5 decks not in order though

Powdacham
Crawdaunt ex/Electrode ex
Flariados


I also think that delta variants will be able to combine all together to make top 10 decks that won gyms:rolleyes:
 
QD, You do know that Electrode ex can't bomb onto ex's, right? Leaving a corphish on the bench is very susceptible to PKMN Reversal and Pow!s
