Very nice Taylor, it was an intense (no pun intended) finals match to watch. Excellent job, very proud! Quote of the day...."Dang metal on the bench..." :wink:
 
What it came down to is Taylor knew her matchups, with Destiny, with Chas and with Kevin White because...

A) She was one of the original Destiny Players

B) She plays Chas like every week and at every event

C) She has played Kevin White at every event since 2004

D) This was the first event since 2004 she has not played Zak

E) Her Metanite build was elite

F) She is simply and elite player

G) All of the Above

H) None of the Above

Tayornite (also called Zakenite)

Joenite/Jakenite/Belanite

Drewinite

It matters if you are loading up for destiny, rogue, or the mirror matchup.

Congrats to you Taylor! Was nice meeting you at MW Regionals and loved your drawings you did for the Art Contest! Glad to hear 'the Dragonite girl' took home the gold in TN! Congrats!
 
((TAYLOR!!)) Way to go kiddo! I am soooo PROUD of you! Wish we were there to celebrate with you! On the other hand, I am GLAD we werent! Heather had this huge District wide Band Concert on Saterday that we were considering skipping out on just so we could head down your way. Well after we arrived & Heather did her Solo at 8:15 AM, we found out (Chris & I) that it was a COMPETION Concert!! :eek: We had NO idea, we thought it was just a District Concert! OMG, I am sooo glad we took her! She got her results today......
DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!! She RANKED #1 SUPERIOR as they call it!! :clap: We couldnt be any prouder! Out of over 100 kids doing Solos, Heather was 1 of ONLY 30 who earned the #1 SUPERIOR ranking! She got a very nice Award & Ribbon, not to mention the Written results from the Judge who couldnt say enough about her Solo!
So as much as we wanted to be there, Im really glad we decided against going! We are all very PROUD of you for FINALLY WINNING...lol Ya know we love ya dearly & were sooo sorry we missed out on your joyous occasion! Im sure your still :biggrin: from ear to ear & you have EVERY right too!

CONGRATS again! Way to BUST thruw! :thumb:
