What do YOU think is the worst card in the Format?

Arcanine SV is playable... in Rumble. lol. The worst card in the format is definitely Double Full Heal DP. Like who heals conditions anyways? The card is NEVER played and is easily out-shined by a single Poke-Healer SF. In a Pokemon tournament, I would be more likely to play Arcanine in a deck than a Double Full Heal. At least Arcanine can do damage. Case closed.

Oh, and Diamond and Pearl is NOW a fully horrible set (except Dusknoir) lol. Tins/Pop6 will get you the whole set.
 
Power spray. goes against the rules of the game, I always loose because of it...... need I say more?
