The best ideas I can think of is either Gorebyss (free retreat and "revenge" on psychic pokemon with Crobat HL) or Dark Sandslash (free retreat, poison upon being attacked, which adds up to a total of 130 possible damage with Crobat ex before it's opponents turn again)...

Well originally I had decided to play Fire red Leaf Green haunter and Xatu with Crobat ex but then they changed the xatu so that the confusion doesnt work.

heard a Gentlemen outing when there is only lady's outing in Japanes and English cards..
what were the translators thinking??

Gentleman outing does exist in Japan. It was in 1 of the half decks, Lady Outing was in the other. Nintendo just decided that the English don't need 2 cards with identical effects.
