If i see off a zoark with mew then i foul play a zekrom, which makes my mew recieve 40 damage, do i apply weakness???

what is the ruling on foul play with a mew on zekrom?

Yes. When Mew (Prime) copies an attack using Lost Link, the attacking type is Mew's type, regardless of the type of the Pokemon whose attack Mew is copying. Therefore, Mew would take 80 damage (after applying weakness) if it uses Bolt Strike off a Lost Linked Foul Play attack.
