should be the like button. having "these members say thanks for this post" instead of "membernamehere likes this" or
"member1, member2, and 5 others(with a thumbnail like fb with the usernames" like this.
 
I dunno why it has to list the names AND dates under every post (the date? really?).

I honestly don't know why they have done this. I always liked that they never did internet ego stuff like post counts here.
 
Ya, I really don't like how it has to list all that junk under the post. Why not just have a little thumbs up, with a number next to it like facebook has or something?
 
We need a hide thanked post option, and they need to change the odd yellow color to match its surroundings, ie white. If we had that I would be fine.

There is no hide option in the mod for the site. The color is going to stay that way - sorry.

This is not facebook, is it? Currently, this is the only mod that we have found, so we are using it. If we find a better one, with better features, we will more than likely change.

The date is now gone.

I think the reason we decided to do this feature was to get away from all the 'QFT 171717171717171717' posts that add nothing to the site. If someone agrees, they simply 'Thank' the post and move on.

This is the best question I can see here. Is that little bi of text really all that bothersome or offensive to you guys? If so, you all need to relax a bit.
 
I don't mind the itrader and the image uploads. those have purposes at least

Really, grow up. Quit complaining. You act like a seven year old. If you're so concerned about things looking, "ugly", use good grammar and capitalization once in a while.

Didn't the iTrader stuff show up only in the Trading forum at one time?
 
Why does it matter to you that it matters to us?

Obviously, it's not a massive issue, but I don't see why someone can't give their opinion that it looks ugly without you being rude to them. The mods obviously want feedback (even if it isn't positive) - they removed the date from the thanks, and the clutter that goes under the user name.

That is so people know when a topic is over 2 weeks old, so they don't post on it.

It matters because it takes me longer to scroll through a thread because space is wasted showing me how many times someone is thanked.

If you read hundreds of threads a day that's a lot of wasted time...
