I've got a collecting question about a card 'set' that I know little about and can't seem to find much evidence of...
I'm referring to the WEB (promo?) pokemon cards that were released from who knows where because of who knows why.. I have a few of these cards marked 1st edition and Web is on the card as well. They are reprints of very hard to find japanese promos and other out of print cards that were deemed rare at the time. I'm not sure what the purpose of these cards are but hopefully some of you can shed some light on this one for me.
