What lets your search for Legend Pokemon?

What cards allow you to look for a half of a Pokemon Legend as well as recover one from your discard pile?

I have been hearing conflicts of what card allow and are not allowed for searching a half of a Pokemon Legend.

Any card that let's you search for "a Pokemon" will let you get a Legend Half; any card that specifies a stage or level other than Legend will not let you search for a Legend half.

Bebe's Search, Pokemon Communication, for example can get a Legend Half. Pokemon Rescue can, too.

Pokemon Collector, for example, cannot get a Legend - while Legend are unevolved, they can't be searched as Basics, because they are Legend, not Basic.
