What should I play with it? I was thinking magneton(PK) But is there anything besides that?

you should play luxray because of luxrays attack

if you're trying to use the Lv X it's not neccesary to use neither elekids or things that add energies, Electivire Lv.X attacks just for 2 nrgs.

2- until the rotation try dragonite delta from DS
3- after the rotation play it with th raichu from MT
