I suggest either Kingdra, or a G deck varient. Both are fast, as decks like (Glaceon) wont be able to keep up.

Umbreon doesn't prevent a ko because it's a body which is shut off by dialga g x

and i wouldn't use duskcor for states.

I think it is more than that. I am not sure how you can deal with being poisoned and having weakness the whole game. Sounds like a really fast way to lose quickly.
