Some very strange things happens in Finland...
While we were looking at the top ranked players in 10- Europe, we noticed that Finland have some really high ranked players.
Okay, nothing odd... until we think "*** ?!? How can 2 brothers be ranked 2000+ in the same area both in the same age group ?!?"
Then, we look at the 11-14 top...
So, how can Finland have so many 2000+ players ?!?
Maybe Finland has some really great skilled players, who travel every week to other countries to attend tournies. Maybe these players drop before top in order to avoir playing each other and lose points...

Look at the Finland players...
In Juniors :
And this goes like this ON SEVEN MORE PAGES !!! 107 juniors players are registered in Finland, and only ELEVEN are not "Not opted into rankings" ! Yeah, that means 96 "NOT OPTED INTO RANKINGS" JUNIORS ! It's more than twice the number of french Juniors ! And we have only 7 "not opted into rankings" !
Okay, I know what you think, you think "it's too big, they can't have cheated this way". I was thinking the same, before seeing the Seniors players in Finland...
In 179 players, 116 ARE "NOT OPTED INTO RANKINGS" !
Now, I understand why we see as many 2000 rated Finland players...
THEY ARE CREATING GHOST PLAYERS ! They have creating MORE THAN 200 NEW PLAYERS TO GET THEM PAIRED AGAINST SOME REAL PLAYERS AND LOOSE !
Some of my friends are working hard to increase their rating. They try to go at as much tournies as they can, they try to win every match, and they are in the top 10 Europe. But I'm sick of thinking maybe they won't go to Hawaï before some cheaters don't get caught.
What we are talking about is very important : it's not a "minor" cheat, it's a fraud organized by the tournament organiser during all the season !!
I don't know who I can contact, I don't know who I should inform to get PUI investigate about Finland. I know this isn't the best place to post this, but I want to see PUI react.
Maybe Finland got some high skilled players who travel a lot. But obviously, it's not this.
It makes me sick to think that a tournament organiser and all players in a area could be cheating or covering this cheat this way, but it makes me sicker to think about my friends who could miss top cut because some cheater stole it
I hope PUI will quickly make the light on this :S

Whaoh ! FIVE PLAYERS WITH A RATING OF 2000 !!! Notice that they all comes from the same areas ( Jyväskylän Mlk and Uusimaa ). In France, we have a player who win all tournaments, and participate at least 2 tournaments per month, and he is ranked "only" 2000. The second is ranked 1860.Europe Seniors Top 10 said:
