Hey Poke people,
I found this card whilst selling off my collection, and can't find anything about it online. It's a Ghastly from the Legendary Collection, but with some strange reverse-holo sparkly finish.

Does anyone know anything about it? If it's a fake, I'm seriously impressed - the back looks identical to my other cards and the front is normal apart from the sparkles.
Any thoughts are much appreciated.
