What's Up With the PokeGym Logo and Banner?

Ugh, I find the lack of the accent extremely frustrating. So it's illegal for the title to have the accent on it? And if so, how exactly can that be illegal and what could they do about it if no one complied? Just wondering, not suggesting anyone should break trademark laws or anything like that.

EDIT: Also who would be found guilty of breaking the trademark laws?

Also, we have no plans of using the banner icons for a shirt or dice.

I like how most of the new stuff looks, but I think it would be cooler looking if the logo was in the same style as the nav bar buttons.

I'm surprised that simply using an accented e is the line between trademark infringement and not. Bah. Those laws always confuse me.

Is it just me or did others experience the same thing? A few days ago, there was a choice on the bottom between which banner you wanted to use. Now it's gone...?

I LOVE the TCG Search program. I developed something similiar a couple years ago, but never finished it. Someone has put some serious thought into card searching! GREAT TOOL!

Personally I think the new logo looks much better, and I don't think complaining about it is much of an option, so accepting it should be easy

Well, what about the Pokemon Professor logo? It uses the accented "e," as well.
