When is the next set rotation?

I'm just now joining the tourney scene and was wondering when the next set rotation is.
In addition, what sets will be rotated out?

Post-worlds, 4 sets will be rotated out.
The format after worlds(august 22 and onward) will be EM-on.

Modified is altered after Worlds each year. We don't know exactly what sets will be rotated out until an announcement is made closer to the change.
