Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

When is there going to be an offical list for BR.

I don't know, but hopefully soon.

Here in New England we just got ours a few days ago, and in some areas they haven't even started announcing dates.

Also I forget have they announced what victory medal they're using.

I hope its the Giratina one.

bro, when did we get ours, i'm still waiting for the e-mail.

Seriously, whats the deal with it not being posted on the OP site yet? BR's are a couple weeks away and the site has nothing up yet? I guess they don't want anyone to attend.

Today, September 9, 2009, I hereby declare the above post the BONEHEAD post of the year. All in agreement say I, IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

Battle Roads are listed on the op website, YOU just need to know how to find them and on top of that, TOs and PTOs have until tonight to turn them in. THAT'S why I said all BRs should be up by Friday.

As for your "they don't want players to attend", You nailed it, you caught us, we're hiding from the players. Come on, why do y'all make statements like that?

Okay sorry feel the need to say this...the comment above me is totally uncalled for!!! Of course it is silly to say they don't want us attending battle roads, HOWEVER it shows lack of organization to have Battle Roads less than 2 weeks away and not having a schedule of time and dates for them up yet. I am sure that they know many people Travel and many of its player base and even the parents have jobs and some work on saturdays and need time to ask off work or to setup arrangements to attend the tournaments. I would agree they are dropping the ball and should give at least a Month advance on their schedule so the players and families know.

AGAIN, Battle Road dates and times CAN BE FOUND on the op website. Why is this so hard for you to understand. Yes, not all Battle Roads are up yet and I've explained why.

If you're that worried about BRs, why not ask your local TO or PTO? If you plan on traveling, simply email or pm the TO or PTO from the area you plan on attending and ask. There's so many ways to find out about tournaments instead of waiting to see them on the op website.

There's no lack of organization here, there's no dropping the ball here. What we have here is the lack of knowledge on how to look something up and the lack of patience.

Good luck and play well.

There's also the Tournament Locater on the OP website. Just type in "Battle Road", and it'll come up with everything. it's how I've been doing my statistics for States and Regionals this year. Most of the TOs that I've spoken to have had their tournaments set for a couple of weeks. Just keep checking, it's not that difficult to find.

The tournament locator does not work for me (even within 250 miles), and the list shows 2008 Battle Roads...

Today, September 9, 2009, I hereby declare the above post the BONEHEAD post of the year.

Yeah, the tournament locator is no help at all. I put the following info into the locator and came up with 0 results:

Display (Per Page): 10
Tournament Name: Battle Roads
Location: Ohio
Country: United States
State: Ohio
City: (private)
Zip Code: (private)
within 50 miles
After Date (MM/DD/YYYY): 09/09/2009
Before Date (MM/DD/YYYY): 11/09/2009
Official POP Events: Battle Road Autum
Format All

So, maybe you should apologize for calling me a bonehead. Looks as if I'm not the only one with this problem either, judging from the other people's posts. The only way for me to get any results is to click on "show all tournaments" and then i have to look through every blessed page for the tournaments in Ohio.

Maybe, the locator should be easier to use.

Or maybe the site should be a little more organized.

Haven't you ever heard the term- "There are no stupid questions"? What about potential NEW players to the game that dont know about the locator or Pokegym!!!?? Frankly, I think your post was rude. Not very helpful, but rather harmful.

As for your "they don't want players to attend", You nailed it, you caught us, we're hiding from the players. Come on, why do y'all make statements like that?

The statement was sarcastic. It was meant to be sarcastic. If you read into it, my statement really says "Not having the info up yet on the Premier Events is very discouraging and overall is not helping Battle Roads be succesful"

To use the Tournament Locator, put in either your state OR your zip code.

DON'T PUT IN BOTH.

It is a flaw in the program.

If you put in your zip code, also put in a milage range.

So, maybe you should apologize for calling me a bonehead.

I didn't call you a bonehead, I called your post a bonehead post because it came across negative.

99% of the time I wouldn't have even responded but the reason I did was because I'm so sick and tired of all the negative remarks from all the players on this website. It's to the point I can't go anywhere on this site without seeing complaint after complaint about everything TPCi does.

Y'all come on here and whine and complain about something ALL BECAUSE you don't know how to look something up. Y'all could have come on and asked if the BRs were listed and if so, how do I find them, very simple, not negative. Instead, it's nothings up or posted and bla bla bla. Why do y'all have to be so negative in EVERY SINGLE POST.

Yes, I could've told you how to find what you were looking for and I will apologize for not helping you with that. I apologize to you Zangoosed for not being more helpful.

Good luck at Battle Roads, play well.

The OP site is very flawed. Even if you put in Ohio or OH for BR's you get 2, but if I do a zip plus 100 miles I get 8-10 results, all in Ohio.

I have never like the Go-pokemon tournament finder, and if adults have this many problems how are jjuniors supposed to find tournaments. It needs to be fixed and overhauled to make everything easier.

I would hope that at least the BR's would get listed sooner so plans could be made farther out then a week or two.

Agreed, I've been trying to find a list so I can plan work, and other things going on, and find a weekend to take a trip out of town to possibly go to some BR's, and 2 weeks before they start they can't post a list? Inexcusable IMO, it should've been done a week or 2 ago, if not by now....
