Where are the collectors at?

Haha yeah, that was surprisingly deep for me :V. I just wanted to give some of an explanation, since I've been asked about it a lot.
 
Glad to see you'll still stick around. I just realised I never replaced that White Star Chansey... split the collection and let me buy a load! :tongue:

I really hope you get a fair price for the collection, no matter what eventually happens. Hopefully you will eventually get another (even more) impressive collection up and running some day :thumb:
 
Guys if you want to bid on individual cards in Chris' collection PM me since the comm is doing a GA on it.
I'll confirm with Cally first if thats okay but it should be fine.

The LiveJournal community that both me and Chris are a part of are doing a group auction. It means everyone bids on individual cards and then the person running it adds up all the current bids and bids on the ebay auction.

You have to PM me or Chris since only members of the comm can post on the auction and I think we are the only comm members who are on the gym and currently online.

OK, so I put some bids in... a lot of cards I already have but can't resist buying some again... hope my bids make sense (I'm doing 3 things at once and hopefully bid fairly :confused:)
 
Whoaaa, hang on now. I'm happy that you guys want a hand in this auction, but there are a lot of factors and rules that apply to it. Also, it's originally a LJ community only auction and Cally has not given the A-OK to allow non-community members. Instead of trying to explain I'll just link you to a screencap of the post:

Also, keep in mind that even if she does allow this(even though it's my ebay auction, she is the one running the Group Auction), if a proper total sum isn't reached by auction end then nobody gets anything. I've already gotten a few PMs on the matter and I just want to make this clear before more people jump at it.
 
I just sent chris a Pm.All i want is that one thing chris let me know how i can get it.
I get money later this month so i hope you can wait a couple of weeks.
I hope the offer i gave you is enough because i have to watch my money because i already have pokemon items lined up im about to buy.
So the price i gave is the most likely price i will have left over after everyone i owe money to is paid off.

crazy, you need to be part of the pkmncollectors group on LiveJournal to bid. The auction is ending soon, and it looks like the GA won't hit the target anyway, so...
