Which Accelgor is better

I really want to build an Accelgor deck since I like the idea of deck and cover but was wondering which you considered "better"

Also price is an object so which one is cheaper would be nice to know to

^ well before next destines NV accelgor was good in totaly going and destroying but when Mewtwo EX came out it went out of any deck played

I don't understand what you are asking either, but when I play accelgor I have 3 deck and cover and 1 slashing strike. The slashing strike one does 60 for one grass and has free retreat. It's good to have for the inbetween turns where you can't pull off a deck and cover
