You need to build a bit more speed into the deck. One problem is you've got too many supporters, so if you have several in your hand, it reduces the efficiency of your Cosmic Powers. Here's one possible solution
-2 Lookers
-2 TGW
-1 Felicity
-1 Sneasel
+1 Uxie LA
+1 Roseanne
+2 Pokeradar
+2 Quick Ball

I'd also -4 Pokedrawer, +4 Pokedex, as I feel any card which encourages you to hold it in your hand until you get a second one, slows your deck down.

Here's what I'd take out. Put in what you'd like for your style:

-4 poke drawer +
-2 BTS
-2 warp point
-2 looker's investigation
-2 TGW
-1 felicity's drawing
