3 Ludicargo
1 Green Heal

Wow. Lookit that. 3 Dragtrode, 3 Rock, and 4 Blaziken decks have made it to the Top 2 in the 15+ of the 13 Regionals. That means 10/26 (reduces to 5/13) decks that have made it to the finals have relied on countering Battle Frontier. The metagame seems to have been impacted much less by BF than a lot of the general public was expecting, no?

LIST NOW COMPLETE! LOOKING FOR TOP 4 IN EACH REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP IN BOTH 15+ AND 11-14!

Thanks, 'Chu. My list on Page 2 is now updated with the complete 1st and 2nd place 15+ Regional Championship Results. All I need to do now is wait six days until June 4th at Philly, the 13th and final Regional Championship, and the list will be complete. ^_^

BF has definitely left an image and not lived up to it. The image and the constant buzzing of people's mouths have scared most of the rock-lock decks away. Because of that, Blaziken/DragTrode, anything Pre-Rock-Lock was shown in big attendance. Now, rock-lock is coming back around and seems to be doing well again. I feel we can all agree that Battle Frontier was not played as much as we thought it was going to be played. So here's the question; When Rock-Lock decks become popular again, most likely around the Gym Challenges, will well played Battle Frontiers actually stand up with to the Rock-Lock decks? This is the short version of this:

- Blaziken/DragTrode/Pre-RL does well.
- Rock-Lock is played in big attendance and does very well. Blaziken/DragTrode/Pre-RL go into hiding and see very little play.
- Battle Frontier is released. Rock-Lock is thought to be dead. Rock-lock go into hiding and see very little play.
- Blaziken/DragTrode/Pre-RL do well. Rogue stage 1 decks do well. Battle Frontier is not played that much/countered by many decks.
- Rock-Lock shows up again because of not many Battle Frontiers. It does well against all the decks.
- We are now here.

Questions:
- Will the pre-rocklock decks do well with Rock-lock around?
- Will the Battle Frontier hurt Rock-Lock?
- What deck will show dominance?

I think right now the format is best we have seen it with no deck dominating.

The effect of Frontier is all depending on your Metagame, for instance here is Zapdos, why in the world would you run Frontier in a Zappy Enviornment. Frontier will impact Worlds.

Made one little mistake. The 2 Voodoos in the 11-14/15+ have Lanturn instead of Banette. ;x

~Chu

Fixed 'em up. They're now listed as Lanturn/Stage 1 decks, which means Lanturn and Zapdos ex are tied for the most T2 placings so far, with 4 a piece.

Rock Lock probably will see a little more play, but I doubt it will become uber popular again. Because right now there are way, way, way too many speedy decks like Dragtrode, Lanturn, Zapdos, and a few other stage 1 decks. And in order for Rock Lock to win it needs space to set up its evo lines. In other words rock lock is just too slow in an enviorment with so many speed decks.

i wholeheartedly disagree because I have been playin Zappy and losing to everybody I play that has anything close to rock-lock,and IMO it will come back cause so far Battle Frontier hasn't really been playin enough to stop it,but if u play rock lock and know me the guy with the boo-koo zappy deck,im gonna pwon u with my deck to kill it for fun even if u beat me in the tourney with zappy
