Isn't this year different from last? There are no ranking paid trips only invites. Do points really matter if you don't win the trip to worlds at nationals? What I am leading to is that you sit out and play safe but pay your own way to worlds or play every tournament up to nationals to get practice and increase you chance at winning there.

Hey Man how ya guys doing? I see where you are coming from but he wanted to give his friends a chance to win the $$ for Origins. The $300 doesnt pass down does it? So he wanted to give his friends a chance to earn the money so it didnt go to waste!

My kid is collecting $600, not $300 at Origins, giving a badge to his brother, his friend is giving a badge to our youngest son, and we now, due to the play of 2 players, have badges for all 4 players coming in our party!!!

Hey Vince you don't need to pass the badge, One kid can collect the $600, I can forward you a copy of the email I recieved from POP(I emailed them my questions) if you like.

Dang I wish all this was posted b4 hand on the POP website. Nowhere did I ever read that you could collect $600. We were operating on the past systems that the $300 would be passed down or forfeited if a player won more than 1 States. Anyways Im still comfortable in my decision to let my kid drop so that one of his friends could get the $300 and not be greedy and keep $600.
 
Kason Day won 1st in oklahoma and 3rd in Kansas in the Masters Divison. Not that it might be worth anything, just thought he deserved some recognition.
 
Pmed him about getting to the hotel in O.K. early. Then he thought I was a judge and he gave me his deck for top 8 deck check. I had the black pokemon shirt on and the two little kids. but we have to get back on topic and not spam the thread. use pm's
